wdw day 2, animal kingdom

the day started with a safari ride. we saw lots of animals - the giraffes were certainly the most curious. we walked through the jungle trail and saw zebras and gorillas. we did a few rides in dinoland and matt got an Indiana jones mickey. all of us, except my mom, rode the Everest ride. it was really fun, but tony got nauseous, so when the kids wanted to ride again at the end of the day, I went with them. we enjoyed a nature walk through asia, especially the giant bats! matt got some guys and played happily. the lion king show was actually quite good - lots of acrobatics! we got on the raft ride at the end of the day - no line and went on it several times! got on the bus back fairly wet! and of course kids wanted to do pool when we got back!
