losing gigabyte so unexpectedly and so shortly after losing bob has had a huge impact on all of us. we miss them every day, but are learning to live with the loss. our other kitties (the queen (or princess) HB and my suggler Kitten have been helpful in this. and of course, even though i didn't think i was anywhere near ready for a new cat, having a kitten (Arthur) in the house cures lots of ills and provides lots of laughs, especially having one with lots of toes! 
christmas eve at our house with all the cousins. they had lots of fun, all helping each other with presents. by far the favorite present was from my friend suz, the multi-toe kitten arthur.
mom had a full house for thanksgiving with all three kids, spouses and all five grandkids! the kids had a blast together, playing in the canyon, the hot tub and the park. the four oldest spent the last day skiing - they wore out everyone and matt wore out himself!
kaitlyn was a pilgrim for her class thanksgiving day presentation and was very creative at interpretive dance. matt went through a doctor stage - we didn't see him without a mask for almost a week!
