LA - day 5 - Fashion District

The fashion district (previouly known as the garment district) is one of my favorite places in LA.  It was fun with the family, but one of these days i'd jut like to spend hours and hours there with a fellow fabric/fashion lover or two (or just by myself!)

\
OMG!! way more street food than i remembered - it was all amazing!

After that, we promised Matthew a move - Lego Batman - he enjoyed it, though not so sure about the rest of us!  stopped at in and out for dinner - animal style fries!

LA day 4 - Disney!

Matthew actually let me take a picture with him!!

We park hopped between the two - managed to get in Hyperspace Mountain (I liked the star wars theme), more California Screamin', more drawing!

We ate at the "new" place in fantasyland.

more Screamin"

Matthew found his twin.

Mom, Tony and Matthew headed home around 9pm, but Kaitlyn and I stayed until the park closed at midnight.

LA - day 3 Disney California Adventure

Matthew was tall enough for California Screamin'  After we got fast passes for the Radiator Springs Racers, we started our day there.  Kaitlyn and I rode with him a few times (single rider line!). I lost track of how many times over the next two days that Matthew rode it, but it was more than a dozen!

Radiator Springs Racers was great!  but I wouldn't do it without fast passes or single rider line (wiat time with those 20-30 minutes, otherwise 2 hours!)

California Screamin' again

Kaitlyn's favorite thing. A disney animator talks a class through drawing a disney character. Mom, Kaitlyn and I did this at Hollywood Studios at Disneyworld - we didn't realize they also had it here.  In the end, I think Kaitlyn ended up doing 5 different sessions/drawings.

Laura and Violet joined us again, which was great!  We had lots of fun together.

Disney is no foodie paradise, but we did get these parmesan ricotta bites at a wine bar there and ghiardelli chocolate shakes at the end of the night!

Racers one more time as the park closed down.
