Seattle weekend geek girl con
We turned an Amocat Sunday field trip to Geek Girl Con into an impromptu Seattle weekend. We took the monorail to Seattle Center - played in the new playground there then finally used our gift certificate to sky city (the restaurant at top of space needle). We made the kids tour through the UW compus (again!) and then headed over 520 to a (cheaper) hotel on the eastside and hit the pool. On Sunday the kids enjoyed Geek Girl and the Amocat 4-H club won the game making challenge for the second year in a row! We finished with dinner at a great udon place on capitol hill then headed home.
